Finca Bonita is the island's countryside at its most generous: farmland, orchards and organic gardens around a main house and guest cottages. It runs on a farm-to-table idea, with solar power and its own vegetable gardens, without ever feeling austere.
The surprise is underground. A sound-proofed cave carved into the hillside holds a hundred guests for dinner, dancing or both, which solves the question every outdoor wedding in Ibiza has to answer: where does the party go at night?
Nine en-suite bedrooms across the house and cottages sleep the wedding party and family. A pizza oven, Josper grill, fire-pit lounge and a play area for children make it a good choice for a weekend rather than a single day.
