When you send an enquiry we store what you write (your names, contact details, date, guest numbers, budget, message and shortlist) so we can answer you. We also note which page you wrote from and how you first reached the site (for example a search engine or a campaign link).

We use these details only to reply and to help you plan. We pass them to a planner, venue or supplier only when you ask us to or agree to it. We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your shortlist is saved in your own browser and never leaves it unless you send it with an enquiry. The site uses no advertising cookies.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us through the enquiry page. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
