Sea views and seclusion on 25,000 m² above Cala Jondal
A ten-bedroom estate on 25,000 square metres of southern hillside with sea views, few neighbours, a sound-proofed nightclub for 100 and a wellness suite for the morning after.
Finca Nest spreads across 25,000 square metres of hillside in the south of the island, combining sea views with real seclusion. Having few neighbours matters in Ibiza, where noise rules shape how late a party can run outdoors.
The ten bedrooms sleep twenty across the main house and guest pavilions. A heated infinity pool with a jacuzzi anchors the outdoor spaces, and covered dining areas seat up to 34 for smaller dinners.
A fully sound-proofed nightclub takes a hundred guests with professional sound and lighting. The wellness suite, with sauna, steam room and gym, takes care of the morning after. Cala Jondal and its beach clubs are close by for a pre-wedding lunch.
