Elpromotions
Performer
Elpromotions is a London-registered event staffing and entertainment agency that supplies performers in Ibiza each season. It books fire performers, LED dancers, aerial and acrobatic artists, stilt walkers and show dancers for villa parties, brand events and weddings.
What they do
Elpromotions is an event staffing and entertainment agency, the trading name of Events Lab Limited, registered in London. It works in London, Monaco and Ibiza, and says it has more than 15 years of experience supplying event staff and entertainment. Most of its work is staffing for brand events: hostesses, promotional staff, models and production crew. Performers are one part of the business.
On Ibiza it describes Ibiza-based, seasonal availability, covering the whole island, including private villas.
The performers
The Ibiza entertainment roster includes:
- fire performers and fire shows;
- LED and glow performers;
- aerial silk artists and acrobats;
- stilt walkers and roaming entertainers;
- show, themed and costume dancers, with choreographed shows where needed.
The agency organises the performances, costumes, scheduling and briefing, and coordinates the performers on site with the venue and production team. Fire shows are choreographed, with safety planned in advance.
Weddings in Ibiza
For a wedding, the obvious fits are a fire show to close the night, LED performers on the dance floor, or stilt walkers and roaming acts during the drinks. Anything involving fire needs a careful look at summer fire-risk rules and the venue's own policy. Our rules and permits guide covers the basics.

Questions
What performers can Elpromotions book for a wedding in Ibiza?
Its Ibiza roster covers fire performers, LED and glow dancers, aerial silk and acrobatic artists, stilt walkers, roaming entertainers and show dancers. Performances can be adapted to the venue, a theme and the number of guests, and the agency handles scheduling and coordination on the night.
Is Elpromotions based in Ibiza?
Partly. It is the trading name of Events Lab Limited, registered in London, and also works in the UK and Monaco. Its Ibiza page describes Ibiza-based, seasonal availability, with coverage across the island including private villas.
How does booking work?
You send your requirements by phone, email or the quote form, and the agency says it replies within 2 hours with an all-inclusive quote. It then sends performer profiles to choose from. A contract and a 50% deposit secure the booking, with the rest due afterwards.
Are fire shows allowed at Ibiza weddings?
Often, but check first. The agency says safety and coordination are planned in advance and shows are adapted to the venue. Summer fire-risk rules and venue policies on the island can restrict open flames, so confirm with your venue before you book.
