Ibiza Music Agency

Ceremony musician · String ensemble · Singer or band · Flamenco or Spanish guitar act · Live act · DJ · Performer

Ibiza Music Agency is a music and entertainment booking agency with offices in Ibiza and Berlin, and most of its acts live on the island. Its roster runs from harpists, string trios and Spanish guitarists to party bands, sax and DJ acts, and fire, LED and aerial shows.

What they do

Ibiza Music Agency books musicians, DJs and performers for weddings, villa parties, yachts and corporate events. It works from offices in Ibiza and Berlin. It says most of its acts live on the island, which keeps travel simple and response times short. The team cites more than 15 years of events on Ibiza and 25 years in music management.

You can book one act, or hand over the music for the whole day. In that case the agency builds the schedule, supplies sound and lighting, and coordinates the performers on site.

The roster

The range is wide. The strings, sax, percussion and keys section alone lists more than 70 acts. They include harpists, violinists and cellists, a string trio and a string quartet, pianists and singers, sax players who perform over a DJ set, and LED drum and percussion shows. That last group is the classic Ibiza late-night format.

Other sections cover soul and pop bands, flamenco guitarists and dancers, Spanish guitar, bossa nova, Cuban and jazz groups, and house and chill-out DJs. The live performance list includes fire, stilt, aerial, LED and circus acts, illusionists and Brazilian dancers. Tribute acts and international names are also offered.

Weddings in Ibiza

For a wedding, a typical plan might be a harpist or string trio for the ceremony, Spanish guitar for drinks, a band for dinner and a DJ with sax for the party. Venues and villas often limit amplified music late at night, so check the rules before you choose. Our rules and permits guide covers the background.
