Your Day Ibiza is a team of 4 island-based celebrants, led by Carly, who write and lead symbolic weddings, vow renewals and naming ceremonies. The style is modern and personal, and packages can add live acoustic music from Carly and guitarist Rick.
What they do
Your Day Ibiza is a team of celebrants based in Sant Josep. Carly runs it: she joined in 2019, took over in winter 2023 and has lived on the island since 2011. With her are Ben, Lisa and Graciela. Between them they lead weddings, vow renewals, elopements and naming ceremonies. Carly is also a singer and performs with guitarist Rick, so the ceremony can come with live music for the entrance, the signing and the drinks afterwards.
The ceremonies
There are three main formats. Iconic is written entirely for the couple, with up to 3 video calls and input from friends and family; it usually runs 20 to 40 minutes. Timeless adapts a pre-written script with your story, vows, music and any rituals, takes up to 2 video calls and lasts 20 to 30 minutes. Effortless is a 15-minute ceremony for the two of you or up to 10 guests, anywhere you choose, such as a beach or a rural spot.
The celebrants
Lisa worked for more than 10 years as a marriage registrar and celebrant in the UK before moving to Ibiza in 2023. Graciela was born on the island and leads ceremonies in Spanish and Catalan. Carly is a former drama and English teacher.

Questions
How much does a ceremony with Your Day Ibiza cost?
Prices for 2026 and 2027 start at €400 plus VAT for the Effortless elopement, which is offered in 2026 only. The Timeless ceremony is €800 plus VAT and the Iconic ceremony €1,000 plus VAT. With 90 minutes of live music the latter two cost €1,700 and €1,900 plus VAT.
Is a ceremony with Your Day Ibiza legally binding?
No. Every ceremony the team leads is symbolic and not legally binding. Most couples from abroad complete the legal marriage at home and hold the personal ceremony in Ibiza. See our guide to symbolic ceremonies for how that works.
Which languages do the celebrants speak?
Ceremonies are available in English, Spanish and Catalan. Carly works in English and Spanish, Graciela in Spanish and Catalan, and Ben and Lisa in English. For other languages, the team says it can pass on recommendations.
What is the Effortless ceremony?
Effortless is a short, intimate ceremony of about 15 minutes for the two of you or up to 10 guests, with no fixed venue. It costs from €400 plus VAT in 2026, is only available with Lisa or Carly, and can be booked no more than 6 months ahead.
Do they work outside Ibiza?
Yes, but the published prices are for ceremonies on Ibiza. Events elsewhere carry extra fees for travel, time, food and accommodation, so ask for a quote if you are marrying on Formentera or further afield.
