Experimental Beach wedding parties take over a beach club and restaurant at Cap des Falcó, in the Ses Salines natural park in the south of Ibiza. The whole site can be hired for up to 180 seated guests, 15 minutes from the airport.
A wedding at Experimental Beach is a sunset party on the sand at Cap des Falcó, on the edge of the Ses Salines salt flats. For an Experimental Beach wedding of more than 80 guests you hire the whole club, with dinner in the restaurant and cocktails from the bar.
The beach club opened in May 2013 and belongs to the group behind Experimental Cocktail Club, so drinks are a big part of the offer. The beach faces west over the water, and the setting is informal: sunbeds, low sofas and long tables. It suits relaxed celebrations and pre- or post-wedding parties as much as the main event.

The 2025 group brochure gives slightly lower figures: 150 seated and 250 for casual dining, with formal dinners for 30 to 120 guests. Ask which layout your number fits.
The kitchen serves Mediterranean and Ibicenco dishes. Group menus include tapas selections, a brunch buffet, a plated dinner of shared tapas, a starter and a main, and a barbecue buffet of local meat and fish. A children's menu is available. Drinks are sold as an open bar, with or without cocktails, or as a pre-paid bar tab. An in-house event planner helps put the package together, and the cocktail team can write a bespoke menu.
The venue publishes no music cut-off for private events. The beach lies inside the Ses Salines natural park, so check what is allowed on the sand before you plan decorations or a ceremony set-up. See our guide to rules and permits.

The venue is about 8 km and 15 minutes from Ibiza airport, and about 11 km (20 minutes) from Ibiza Town via Sant Jordi. There is private and free public parking. Experimental Beach suits 80–150 guests who want a relaxed beach party with good cocktails close to the airport. It is less suited to a formal seated wedding of more than 120, or to couples who need guest rooms on site.

For larger weddings, yes. Groups of 80 or more must book the whole venue, and in July and August any evening group of more than 30 needs a full buy-out. Groups of 30 to 80 outside high summer can reserve part of the beach or dining area while the club stays open.
Weddings in Ibiza beach clubs are symbolic. Most couples complete the legal marriage at home and hold a symbolic ceremony on the island. Experimental Beach does not publish a ceremony space or capacity, so ask its events team where a ceremony can be set up, given that the beach sits in a natural park.
The venue sells its own group menus and drinks packages, and the minimum spend is a food and drink spend, so plan on in-house catering. Its in-house event planner helps with pre- and post-wedding parties, and the kitchen can create bespoke menus with the cocktail team.
