Finca Nest
100 guestsFinca · The south
A ten-bedroom estate on 25,000 square metres of southern hillside with sea views, few neighbours, a sound-proofed nightclub for 100 and a wellness suite for the morning after.

Multi-day weekend · 3 days
Welcome drinks on Friday, the wedding on Saturday and a long, lazy lunch on Sunday: the classic Ibiza way to marry.
Day 01 — Friday
Guests have arrived over the past day or two. Tonight is about meeting each other and getting into island time.

Run two pick-ups 20 minutes apart so late arrivals are not stranded.
A beach club or a terrace facing west. Keep it simple: a signature cocktail, local wine, music low.
In September the sun goes down around 20:00–20:30. Plan the toast for just before.
Sharing plates, paella or a barbecue. No seating plan.
Everyone needs to be fresh tomorrow, including you.
Day 02 — Saturday
The heat of the day is for getting ready. Everything that matters happens from late afternoon.

At the villa or hotel, with brunch for the wedding party.
Late enough that the sun is no longer overhead, early enough for golden light afterwards.
Give guests shade, water and fans while they wait.
Couple portraits in the golden hour, about 90 minutes before sunset.
Long tables outdoors. Sunset arrives somewhere between the starter and the main course.
Outdoor amplified music usually ends around now. Move into the nightclub, the cave or a sound-proofed room.
Ask the venue early what the local noise rules allow.
For those who want to go.
Day 03 — Sunday
No dress code, no schedule. Just the people you love, sunglasses on.

A slow lunch at the villa or a beach club in Cala Jondal or Cala Bassa.
Some guests fly out Sunday evening: arrange airport transfers in advance.
