Aguas de Ibiza wedding venue

Aguas de Ibiza wedding days run from a sea-view ceremony to a banquet on the Maymanta rooftop terrace of a 145-room five-star hotel on the Santa Eulària promenade. The hotel's wedding terms start at 60 guests, with menus priced per person.

  • Rooftop ceremony facing the sea, from a minimum of 60 guests
  • Banquet on the Maymanta terrace around the rooftop infinity pool
  • Glass-walled Rooftop Event Hall for the party or a rain plan, music until 02:00
  • Hire, menus, wine and open bar all priced in the hotel's 2025 wedding menu
  • 145 rooms, with discounts for wedding guests
  • On the Santa Eulària promenade, about 20 minutes from the airport

Why couples choose it

A wedding at Aguas de Ibiza keeps everything on one rooftop and one price list. The ceremony faces the sea, drinks follow at the pool, dinner is served on the Maymanta terrace and the party moves into a glass-walled hall when the outdoor curfew arrives at 23:00.

The hotel is a five-star Grand Luxe property run by NCalma Hotels on the seafront promenade of Santa Eulària, on the quieter east coast. It says it has more than 15 years of experience with weddings and social events. Unusually for Ibiza, it publishes its venue hire fees, menus and terms, so couples can cost the day before the first call.

The ceremony

The main spot is the rooftop ceremony area, with the Mediterranean behind the couple. It needs a minimum of 60 guests. Hire covers the ceremony and the cocktail that follows, and the price depends on the season and the time of day (see the table below). There is also a private garden for the ceremony, at €800.

The hotel's wedding page offers a civil ceremony on the terrace or indoors. For couples from abroad, the legal marriage is usually done at home and the ceremony in Ibiza is symbolic. Our guide to the symbolic ceremony explains how that works.

The banquet is set up on the terrace of the Maymanta restaurant, around the rooftop infinity pool, looking over the bay of Santa Eulària. Hire of the Rooftop Event Hall is included with the Maymanta terrace. It has floor-to-ceiling windows, a stage and a sound system, and serves as the indoor party space or as the back-up if the weather turns. Couples who marry elsewhere can book the cocktail bar for drinks only.

Food and drink

All catering comes from the hotel. Menus use local (km 0) produce and can be adapted. You choose at least 7 aperitifs for a 60-minute cocktail, with optional food stations such as Iberian ham, oysters or a paella show. The gala dinner has three courses chosen from a list, with the same menu for all guests apart from allergies and special diets. Vegan and gluten-free options are offered. A menu tasting for 6 people is included, or 4 for weddings under 100 guests.

Staying over

The hotel has 145 rooms and suites. Wedding guests get 10% off all room types, with breakfast and spa access, plus 10% off spa treatments. The couple gets a bridal suite, a Just Married breakfast and a spa circuit the next day. A 50-minute massage for two, and a one-night anniversary stay a year later, apply only to weddings of more than 100 guests. The wedding pages do not offer exclusive use of the whole hotel.

Music and rules

Outdoor celebrations must end by 23:00. Indoors, in the Rooftop Event Hall, the party can run until 02:00. A 30% deposit confirms the date, and the final menu is due 30 days before. Ibiza's wider rules on noise are in our guide to rules and permits.

Questions about Aguas de Ibiza

How many guests can Aguas de Ibiza host for a wedding?

Aguas de Ibiza requires a minimum of 60 guests for a wedding, and smaller groups can ask. The hotel does not publish a maximum for weddings. Its rooftop events hall and restaurant area take up to 310 people for corporate events, so ask the events team for the limit that applies to your ceremony and dinner set-up.

How much does a wedding at Aguas de Ibiza cost?

The 2025 wedding menu lists venue hire of €3,900 to €6,700 for the ceremony and cocktail, and €8,250 to €10,500 for the Maymanta banquet terrace, by season. Food and drink are priced per person on top. For 100 guests in high season our own calculation from that list comes to about €40,000 before flowers and music.

What time does the music stop at Aguas de Ibiza?

Outdoor celebrations must end by 23:00. After that the party moves into the Rooftop Event Hall, where it can continue until 02:00. Plan the dinner on the Maymanta terrace and the first dance so that the outdoor part finishes on time.

Can guests stay at Aguas de Ibiza?

Yes. The hotel has 145 rooms and suites, and the wedding page offers guests 10% off all room types, with breakfast and spa access included. The couple gets a bridal suite and a Just Married breakfast; some extras, such as a couples massage, apply only to weddings of more than 100 guests.

Can you get legally married at Aguas de Ibiza?

The hotel offers a ceremony on its terrace or indoors, but for couples from abroad the legal marriage is usually done at home first. The ceremony in Ibiza is then a symbolic one. Our guides to symbolic ceremonies and legal requirements explain the options.

Can we bring our own suppliers to Aguas de Ibiza?

Partly. All food and drink must come from the hotel. Other suppliers, such as florists, musicians, photographers or decorators, can be hired from outside. Hair and make-up can also be done in the hotel's own spa and beauty centre, which offers a free hair trial before the wedding.

How far is Aguas de Ibiza from the airport?

The hotel puts itself about 20 minutes from Ibiza airport. It stands on the seafront promenade of Santa Eulària, opposite the island's congress centre, so guests can walk to the town's restaurants and the marina. The hotel can arrange an airport pick-up for wedding guests on request.
