Santa Eulària des Riu is the island's quieter, greener side: a small town with a promenade, the river valley behind it and white villages such as Sant Carles in the hills.
The municipality brought in a new noise ordinance in May 2026, with night hours from 23:00. Venues here tend to plan the music indoors or in sound-proofed spaces after that.

Beach club
Amante is a restaurant and beach club built into the cliffs above the small bay of Sol d'en Serra near Cala Llonga, on the east coast. It spreads over three levels (main bar and restaurant, a decking bar and a beach level), which can be used separately for the ceremony, aperitif and dinner. The kitchen is in-house and outside wedding planners are accepted.
Beach club
Atzaró Beach is the Atzaró Group's beach club and restaurant on Cala Nova, on the north-east coast, with a large sea-facing terrace under timber pergolas. Ceremonies use wooden benches set out facing the sea, and dinners are served on the terrace or in the restaurant interior. The whole club or a private zone can be booked, and food comes from the in-house kitchen.
Hotel
A 151-room luxury hotel on the east coast at Cala Nova, next to Es Canar, with terraces and pools overlooking the beach. Weddings are held on a sea-view terrace with pergolas, and the hotel has three indoor multipurpose rooms for dinners or as back-up. Catering comes from the hotel's own kitchens.

A five-star Meliá hotel on the waterfront at S'Argamassa, just outside Santa Eulària, with pools, a garden over the bay and a rooftop terrace with all-round views. Weddings run under the brand's 'Revolutionary Wedding' offer and can use the rooftop, the garden by the pier and the beachside restaurant, plus two indoor event rooms. Food comes from the hotel's own restaurants.
Beach club
Nikki Beach Ibiza is a beach club with a pool, cabanas and an outdoor restaurant under timber pergolas, on the coast near Santa Eulària on the east side of the island. For weddings, ceremonies and cocktails are held on the beach, and dinners take place on the seaside restaurant terrace or around the pool. The site takes events of up to 350 guests, with catering and music arranged by the in-house events team.
Hotel
W Ibiza is a large beachfront hotel on the seafront promenade in Santa Eulària on the east coast, with a rooftop bar and pool deck facing the sea. Ceremonies and long-table dinners take place at its Yellow Fish beach restaurant on the promenade, with smaller gatherings on the rooftop (Glow) and the FIRE event room for up to 140 at a reception. The hotel's rooms make it practical for a full wedding weekend with guests staying on site.
