Chapter I · Introduction
Inland Ibiza is farmland and almond, olive and carob trees, dotted with old whitewashed fincas. Many of the larger estates that host weddings are here, often with more space and fewer neighbours than coastal villas.
Santa Gertrudis, right in the middle of the island, is a pretty village with a whitewashed church and cafés around the square, a natural meeting point for guests.

Chapter II · Where to celebrate
Hotel
A family-run rural hotel on a 10-hectare farm estate near Sant Rafel in the centre of the island, with 25 rooms split between a main house and garden villas, plus a separate villa. Ceremonies are held in a garden facing a pine-covered hill, dinners in a garden of old trees or in a glass-walled lounge looking over olive trees. Couples can book the whole hotel, take a smaller package of about 50 guests, or hold a very small wedding at the private villa.
Restaurant
Es Jardins de Fruitera is a restaurant in an old stone farmhouse (casa payesa) with gardens, on the road from Santa Gertrudis to Sant Llorenç in the centre of the island, open all year. It hosts small and medium weddings, with outdoor ceremonies, banquets on the garden terraces or in a marquee-style room, and the stone-walled interior for cooler months. Food is Ibizan and Mediterranean from its own kitchen.
Wedding villa
An old stone farmhouse on about one hectare at the edge of Santa Gertrudis, let as a six-bedroom holiday villa for 12 people and also run as an artist residency. The grounds include a 14 x 6 m pool, gardens, a patio and a converted barn of 70 m2 used as a function room with its own kitchen.
Wedding villa
A seven-bedroom rural villa of 720 m2 on a 4-hectare plot near Santa Gertrudis, rented through the agency Ibiza Villas for up to 14 guests. It has an infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi with views towards Santa Eulalia and the sea.
