The team
Founder James Lindley runs the business. The company says its team has more than 50 years of bar management experience between them. It hires its own bartenders and waiting staff, and works before, during and after each event so the drinks match the client's tastes and style.
Weddings
For a wedding, the team starts early. It works with the couple well before the day to design the drinks menu, then runs the bar on the day with its mobile bars and staff. The aim is to take the planning of drinks quantities and service off the couple's hands.
For the morning after, there is the Retox Detox package. Two portable bars stand side by side, one for guests who want to carry on and one for those who need something gentler. It fits a villa brunch or pool day after the wedding.
Boats and villas
Boat parties are a large part of the business, from family days on a small motor yacht to parties on larger charters. There are three bar packages for boats and corporate events, all adjustable. Villa parties are the other core.
