The Boss Ibiza rents tableware, linen, seating, tables, parasols, rugs and candles for weddings and events, from a warehouse on the Santa Eulària road. It prices every item in an online catalogue, so couples and caterers can build their own table settings.
What they do
The Boss Ibiza is an event rental company for tableware, textiles and decor. Its stock covers plates, chargers, glassware, cups and cutlery. It also hires tablecloths, runners, placemats and napkins, plus seating, tables and side tables. Parasols, rugs, poufs and cushions, and candles, lanterns and candelabras complete the range. It rents to couples and families as well as to caterers, villas, hotels, restaurants, production companies and corporate clients.
How it works
Every item has its own price in the online shop, so you can mix and match a table design. In 2026, linen napkins were €3 each and glassware started at about €2 a piece. Larger projects can be grouped into a custom package, but pricing always starts from the single items. A 2026 catalogue is also on the website.
Delivery, collection and set-up are available, quoted separately depending on the venue, access and timing. Set-up depends on staff availability. Standard delivery and pick-up windows run from 10:00 to 16:00; earlier or later times may cost extra. A standard rental covers one event day, usually about 24 hours. Longer rentals can be added to the quote.
Good to know
- Minimum order: €200 plus VAT if you collect, €500 plus VAT if delivered, with the delivery fee on top.
- A 20% security deposit is taken. It is refunded within 24 to 48 hours if everything comes back in good order.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before: the first 50% payment is kept, and anything paid beyond that becomes a credit valid for 12 months. Within 30 days, the full amount is due.
- Payment by bank transfer, card, cash, Bitcoin or Ethereum.
- Rentals are for Ibiza. Formentera only by written agreement, at the client's cost.

How much does it cost to rent from The Boss Ibiza?

Does The Boss Ibiza deliver to Formentera?
Usually not. The rentals are meant for events on Ibiza. Formentera or other places are sometimes possible as an exception, but only when agreed in writing, and the client pays all extra transport and ferry costs and carries the risk.
What happens if it rains on the day?
For light rain, you decide whether to go ahead, and you pay for any damage or extra cleaning. If AEMET issues an orange or red warning, the team may decide not to put carpets, poufs, cushions or umbrellas on the ground, and you do not pay for those items.
How far ahead should we book The Boss Ibiza?
As early as possible. Weekends from May to October book up fast, both for stock and for delivery slots. For weddings and larger events the company recommends booking several months ahead, though it will try to help with last-minute requests.
