Whole-estate hire on 21 acres, with a lawn for 230 and a party cave
Fincadelica San Lorenzo wedding: a restored finca on 21 acres above the village of San Lorenzo in north Ibiza, let only as a whole. It seats 230 for dinner on its lawn, 200 for a ceremony and has nine suites.
A wedding at Fincadelica San Lorenzo means taking over an entire 21-acre estate in the hills of north Ibiza for several days. Your guests eat on a lawn that seats 230, dance in a soundproofed cave, and the nine suites are yours alone. The owners let it only as a whole.
The two-storey finca sits at the head of a sheltered valley, reached by a stone camino. Terraces of apricot, olive and orange trees fall towards the whitewashed church of San Lorenzo, and the house looks out across the island's farmland. Inside are stone floors, arches and sabina-beamed ceilings. The owners' events page lists weddings alongside birthdays, concerts and company events, and names more spaces than most Ibiza wedding venues have, so a weekend can move from one part of the estate to another.
The owners give two ceremony spaces:
The cave is also offered for ceremonies and rituals for up to 120, which is useful in winter or bad weather. Weddings in Ibiza are almost always symbolic, with the legal part done at home; our symbolic ceremony guide explains how that works.
Space | Use | Guests |
|---|---|---|
Lower entertainment lawn (11 x 47 m) | Seated dinner | 230 |
Entertainment pagoda, lower level | Seated dinner, can be covered | 120 |
Panoramic upper deck | Drinks, optional full bar | 120 |
Sunken garden | Arrival, champagne reception, live music | not stated |
The cave (12.25 x 5.10 m) | Late party | 120 |
The sunken garden at the entrance, with lounge seating and fire pits, is where guests arrive. The lawn above the house is the owners' choice for a large styled dinner. The pagoda is fringed with bougainvillea and lavender and can be shaded or covered depending on the weather. The limestone pool deck has a full-sized bar and a covered lounge with speakers for daytime events.
The cave is underground, behind a carved stone door. It is soundproofed and air-conditioned, with a full bar, a D&B sound system, a curved DJ booth and film projection. The amenities page gives it 100 guests and 90 m², the events page 120.
The owners do not describe a wedding kitchen or a catering partner. Their events page says there is space for a satellite kitchen by the entertainment lawn, and their price list says food and drink staff can be hired at extra cost. The pergola has a stone pizza oven and a Josper grill, and the biodynamic glasshouses supply much of the estate's produce. Ask the owners which caterers they allow.
The estate is let exclusively, as a whole: no other guests share it. There are nine suites, each with its own bathroom and a terrace or private garden. Four are in the main house, Suite 5 spreads over two floors of the old round stone tower, Suites 6 and 7 are garden suites, and Suites 8 and 9 are standalone lofts a short walk from the house. The owners do not give a total number of beds, so most wedding guests will stay in hotels or villas nearby; our guest guide helps with that.
The 2026 rate includes a breakfast chef, a morning waiter, an afternoon butler, a property manager, a live-in couple, two extra cleaners and gardeners. A driver and vehicle can be added at extra cost. On site there is a 13-metre oval saltwater pool with a children's pool, a padel court, a gym, a sauna and ice bath, a treatment room in the tower and a gated children's zone. No minimum stay is published, but the event prices are built around three days.
The owners publish no music end time for the lawn, the decks or the cave, and they say nothing about neighbours, fireworks or drones. The cave is built for late parties, but that does not tell you the permitted hours. Get the music hours and any limits in writing as part of your contract. Our rules and permits guide explains what to ask.
The owners' 2026 price list gives stay rates from €45,000 (November 2026 to April 2027, Christmas and New Year on request) to €90,000 for June to August, without saying how many nights these cover. An event adds €12,000 to a stay. A 3-day event is €45,000, or €65,000 midweek in low season and €80,000 midweek in peak season with the stay included. Payment is 50% on booking and 50% 60 days before arrival, with a €10,000 security deposit. See our budget guide.
The owners ask you not to follow Google Maps. Drive to the car park by San Lorenzo church, take the camino from its top left corner, follow the brown Fincadelica signs and keep left at the fork until you reach the signposted car park. The lower car park takes up to 50 cars. The owners do not give drive times to the airport or Ibiza Town. More on the north of Ibiza and on guest transport.
Fincadelica San Lorenzo suits a large wedding of 120 to 230 guests that wants a whole estate for a three-day weekend and a late indoor party space. With only nine suites, it suits couples happy to house most guests elsewhere. It is not a budget option: a Fincadelica San Lorenzo wedding starts at €45,000 for the event alone.

Up to 230 seated for dinner on the lower entertainment lawn, according to the owners' events page. The elevated deck seats 200 for a ceremony. The rustic ceremony space at the top of the estate is listed for 250 on the events page and 300 seated on the amenities page, so confirm the number for your layout.
From €45,000 for a 3-day event, on the owners' 2026 price list. A 3-day event with stay is €65,000 in low season midweek and €80,000 in peak season midweek, and adding an event to a stay is €12,000. Stay rates range from €45,000 to €90,000 depending on the month; the list does not say how many nights these cover.
The owners do not publish a music end time. The cave is soundproofed and has a DJ booth and a D&B sound system, and the owners describe it as a private nightclub. Ask for the permitted hours outdoors and in the cave in writing before you book.
Yes, but only in the nine suites. Each has its own bathroom and a terrace or private garden. The owners do not state a total number of beds, so plan hotel or villa rooms nearby for most of your guests. The suites include a two-floor suite in the old stone tower and two standalone lofts with private gardens.
Yes. The owners let the property only exclusively, in its entirety, as a nine-bedroom estate. Your group has the house, the 21 acres of grounds and every event space to itself for the whole booking, and rooms are never let separately. The rate includes a property manager, a breakfast chef, waiting staff and a live-in couple.
No venue in Ibiza is a register office, so a wedding here is a symbolic ceremony. Most couples complete the legal marriage at home before or after the trip. The owners offer the elevated deck for a seated ceremony of 200, or the rustic ceremony space at the top of the estate for larger groups.
The owners do not say. The events page notes space for a satellite kitchen near the entertainment lawn, which suggests an outside caterer, and food and drink staff can be hired at extra cost. Confirm the catering and supplier rules with the owners.
