Teisha & Matt at Private villa (not named)
By the Ibiza Wedding Inspiration editorial team · Updated 23 October 2026
Teisha and Matt married in a pine-wood garden under an arch of tropical flowers, then sat down to long tables beneath strings of lights. A magician, a tiered cake and a DJ carried the evening.
The couple
The original write-up of Teisha and Matt's wedding is told almost entirely in pictures, so this story keeps to what the photographs and the original chapter titles show. Planned by Bliss Ibiza Weddings, it followed a classic shape: ceremony, aperitif, dinner, a magician, the cake, music and a party. The setting was a private property with a pool and a garden of tall pine trees.
The ceremony
The ceremony was held outdoors among the pines. Rows of wooden cross-back chairs faced an arch of tropical flowers, with anthuriums, palm leaves and peach and pink blooms, and more flowers sat at the end of each row. Teisha chose a short white dress with a long veil, and Matt a pale suit; they walked back down the aisle together as husband and wife. For how a garden ceremony like this sits next to the legal paperwork, see symbolic ceremonies.
Dinner and party
After the aperitif, guests moved to long wooden tables set under the trees, with strings of lights overhead and low arrangements of the same tropical flowers down the middle. A seating board dressed with flowers showed guests to their places. Speeches came during the meal, and a magician moved between the tables with card tricks.
The cake was a white tiered design decorated with flowers in the wedding colours. As night fell, the lighting turned to pink and purple, a DJ took over, and the party moved to the dance floor.
The details
- Tropical flowers rather than a classic white scheme
- Cross-back chairs for both the ceremony and the dinner
- Strings of lights over the tables in the pine garden
- A magician as the dinner-time entertainment
Good to know
A pine garden gives natural shade for an afternoon ceremony and makes a striking setting for dinner once lights are strung through the trees. Close-up magic works well at long tables because the performer comes to the guests and nobody has to leave their seat. If you plan to dance outdoors at a private property, check the music rules first; see rules and permits.
